I retired from GM on April fools day 2008, but I wasn't fooling.  I was blessed to work there.  As a mother of four boys I needed the job.  Over the 30 yrs. that I worked for GM, I had the opportunity to work in many different types of positions.  I ended my service with them as a skilled trades Millwright Journeyman.  I loved my time with all the wonderful people that I was blessed to come in contact with.  Working in an industrial setting I became injured on more than one occasion, I went the pain killer route and started my down hill spiral.  After years of pills to kill the pain I hit the wall of frustration.  I flushed my pills and took back the responsibility for my own health, so started my quest for healing. I started listening to my body again.  For more than 20 yrs. I have been learning my way back to understanding my potential for self healing.  With life’s not so gentle lessons, I searched for understanding and help.  Self taught and trying many different things to help my physical and mental pain I started to listen to the many signs.  On Sep. 19, 2004 I attended my first Quantum Touch class. Knowing this was my modality, I slowly continued my training.  After my second class in November of the same year I wanted more information about how the body works and in January of 2005 I attended class at the Flint school of Therapeutic Massage. Between working and raising four boys in 2006 I became a Quantum Touch practitioner.  June 2007 I became a certified Quantum Touch instructor.  Over the years I have healed many shop born injuries including but not limited to: a torn menisci in my left knee, carpel tunnel, shoulder and back pain, and most recently a shattered right heel.

 Co-founder and President of Spiritual Endeavors of Michigan, and Minister with the Church of Spiritual Humanism, as well as a former aerobics instructor and personal trainer for the U.S. Navy, Cathy has always been interested in natural and alternative methods of health. The first instructor to Michigans southeast area, she has completed all levels of Quantum - Touch training with Natara Landrau, Richard Gordon, Alain Herriot and Swan Ramachi. She has been aware of the tangibility of Life Force Energy since she was a child. She is a theosophist and has studied physics, metaphysics, and philosophy for over 33 years. As a consultant of many alternative modalities, workshop facilitator,and aromatherapist for 10 years, she believes Quantum-Touch is the easiest and most effective form of treatment she has found. After extensive travel, and living throughout the country, Cathy has returned to her home state of Michigan to share Quantum-Touch throughout the midwest. Her energetic style and diverse background makes her an interesting and knowledgeable instructor. She and her partner conduct workshops and lectures in various self-empowerment modalities, focusing most of their energies on Quantum-Touch. Their classes are taught in Michigan and are available throughout the country.
